"Teachers are smart, Mommy."

In a post last week, I commented on how I ordered some new frames for my prescription glasses. Well, they came in and I loved them immediately. Just when I thought I couldn't love them anymore than I already did...

My IQ went up just with putting on these glasses
Ash told me that I looked like a teacher. I asked her what she meant by that and she said, "Teachers are smart, Mommy. You look really smart with those glasses on."

Sweet! Not only do I love these glasses for their style but I finally look smart. I guess for years I have been walking around looking not so smart ;-)

What stood out to me in this quick chat with her though was that she believes in teachers and respects them. That is a great feeling for a mommy!

So, for all you teachers out there...when you doubt yourself after a long, hard day...the girl below chose all of you for the definition of smart!

She looks smart with or without her glasses because of all you hard working teachers out there

The more I thought about it the more I could not choose one, Mrs. Hurtig, Ms. Kulwicki, Ms. Scudlo, Mr. Gruber, Mrs. Burr, Mr. Nolta. I have been blessed to have so many great teachers! Teachers are the best because they helped me get to where I am.

I can't tell you all how many compliments I get on these new frames. It's amazing! As for the necklace, I can't wear it without someone asking me where I got it. Check out Charming Charlie's...it is one of my happy places :-)
